Empowered to Connect Conference Registration

Countryside Community Church is pleased to host the Empowered to Connect Conference.

Come experience practical teaching in a safe and supportive community as we work to equip families, churches, and professionals to better serve children impacted by adoption and foster care.

April 26 & 27, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm both days.
Cost is $20.00 per person, $25.00 per couple. Viewing guides and snacks will be provided by Countryside.

Once you have submitted your form, you will be taken to our online banking page where you can pay with Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. If you do not currently have a payment account, you will need to set one up, or you can click on the “Pay without an account” link. To set up an account, just click on the “Get Started” link and follow the instructions (you only need to set up an account once). Once you’ve created your account (or if you have one already), select “Purchase” as the type of transaction and fill in the amount under “ETC Conference” and complete the payment form.
