Youth

Youth

Countryside places a high priority on creating space for young people to learn, grow and forge strong relationships. We welcome the hard questions, and seek to partner with students of all ages as they navigate the teen years.

CY (Countryside Youth) is our Middle School community. We meet Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm for a fun evening of games, great music, a short thought-provoking message and  interaction in small groups. CY provides a safe space to ask questions and make new friends. We’ve got an enthusiastic staff ready to get to know you!

CREW_LogoCREW
CREW is our High School Community that meets Sunday nights at 7:00 pm. We come together for the purpose of supporting one another, learning about Jesus and how to live like Christ in your everyday life. CREW is also made up of adults and college students who are here to mentor, support and care for you on your faith journey and through whatever you may encounter or experience in life. We connect and hang-out, get active with games or sports, listen to a message from Scripture that is relevant to life, break up into small groups, and worship together with music from our student/leader band. We often schedule events on Saturdays or Sunday after church, so please check the calendar. CREW is a group that welcomes new people! If you are new, even if you don’t know anyone here yet, come and visit or send a note to meet the youth pastors in person. You are welcome here!

Outlet
Middle Schoolers- want to go deeper? Outlet is our Sunday morning gathering that focuses on getting to know God on a deeper, more personal level. It’s a worship service that’s designed to help you grow in your faith journey. We spend time discovering what the Bible has to say about who Jesus is, what he’s done for us and how he calls us to respond. Outlet meets Sunday mornings, 11:15 am in the Youth Room.

Winding Highway (vertical)Special Events
Throughout the year we have lots of special opportunities for our students to get away, have some fun and grow outside of their routine. Our faith in Jesus informs all we do- from how we act, to how we think about our place in the world. We seek ways to serve the community and make a difference in our schools, homes, work places, and the world. Retreats at the beach, hikes in the Gorge, exploring caves near Sunriver, sitting around a nice fire – we love to get out into God’s beautiful creation to learn more about who God is and how to love God and one another.
