Want to connect with us? We have several places you can plug in!

Sunday Morning Services
This is the “main event” at Countryside. It’s where we all come together as a community to do what the church has been doing for the last 2,000 years. We worship God together through music, prayer, and the sacraments (communion and baptism). We hear a message taken from the pages of God’s Word. We have a high view of the scriptures, but our style is casual. Wear your jeans, grab a cup of coffee and relax. You won’t be singled out, and while we do enjoy singing together, there’s no pressure to participate – you’re welcome to sit back and observe.

Christianity Explored and Life Explored
If you’re just beginning your faith journey, the Christianity Explored or Life Explored series is a great place to start.

Christianity is all about the person of Jesus. And everything we know about him is revealed in the Bible, both the Old and New Testament.  Christianity Explored and Life Explored help you grasp the Bible’s message about Jesus by exploring some of its content.

Christianity Explored gives you the opportunity to explore what one book in the New Testament, The Gospel of Mark, has to say about Jesus—who he is, why he came, and what it means to follow him—and why the good news about him is the best news you’ve ever heard.

Life Explored gives you the opportunity to explore parts of the Old and New Testaments to learn about Jesus and why his  life is the best gift that God could give you. Life Explored shows how our deepest desire for happiness can only be satisfied in Jesus.

Christianity Explored and Life Explored give you time and space to think through who Jesus is and why it matters. Each series runs for seven weeks and we offer them several times throughout the year. Click the links at the bottom of our web page to watch a short video introduction to each series. If you’d like to be notified when the next series is starting, just email peter@countrysidechurch.com.

Pastor’s Dessert
Are you new to Countryside? Maybe just checking us out? Our Pastor’s Dessert is a great opportunity meet Pastor Paul and hear about the heart behind Countryside, as well as ask questions, meet other people, and learn about next steps. It’s a free event and family friendly, so your kids are welcome to join us. We offer the Pastor’s Dessert several times a year, so if you’d like to be notified of the next dessert, just email peter@countrysidechurch.com.

Countryside Essentials
This is a great follow-up to the Pastor’s Dessert. It’s an opportunity to learn more about Countryside’s Core Beliefs, church membership, our leadership structure and denominational affiliation, and how we seek to fulfill our mission.  This seminar is offered after each Pastor’s Dessert. If you’d like to be notified when the next seminar is starting, just email peter@countrysidechurch.com.

If you’re a Christian and you’re ready to make Countryside your home church, we encourage you to take that step with us through formal membership. Formal membership is a process by which we officially and publicly recognize people as Christians and confirm their pledge to support the mission of the church. The process involves two simple steps:

  1. Complete a membership application.
  2. Participate in an interview with two members appointed by the church Leadership Team to share how you came to faith in Jesus Christ and how your unique gifts and talents can be used to bless the church and the community at large.

Applicants are approved by the Leadership Team and recognized at a congregational meeting no more than six months after being received into membership.

If you’re not sure what church membership is all about or you want to know more about our church before taking that step, we recommend you attend our The Next Step class offered at various times throughout the year.
