The Rule of Grace

February 21, 2021 | Paul Duppenthaler

Nothing about Jesus parable about the workers in the Vineyard makes sense according to the ways of the world. You pay people for the hours they work. That's fair. The problem is that Jesus rewards everyone the same for leaving everything to follow Him. But the payment is so extravagantly more than anyone deserves that it's okay. Jesus goes by the Rule of Grace... not mere fairness. He's more than fair. Listen in!

Series Information

In our continued study of Gospel of Matthew, we see how God’s promises in the Hebrew Scriptures to bring salvation to his people Israel and to the whole world are being fulfilled with the coming of Jesus the Messiah. Our response to this joyful news should be to go into all the world and make disciples of Jesus the Messiah.
