We’re excited to invite you to a church-wide outing to see The First Hymn, a film many of us had the opportunity to preview here at Countryside last May when our friend John Dickson joined us in person. Now that the film is coming to theaters, this is a wonderful opportunity for us to experience it together and invite others to come along. This event is especially well suited for friends, neighbors, and coworkers who may be curious about the Christian faith, and we hope many from Countryside will consider bringing someone with them. We’re also encouraging you to gather for 20 to 30 minutes afterward in small groups in the theater lobby to share reflections and questions together. If you were part of the preview last spring, you know why this story is worth sharing. If not, this is a great opportunity to join us. We hope you’ll come and bring a friend.
