That death is the consequence of humanity’s rebellion against God’s good rule, of which all people are guilty and subject to God’s judgment.
That the atoning death of Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Son of God, is the sole ground of redemption from the guilt, penalty, and power of sin
That the justification of the sinner is by the grace of God alone, through faith alone, in Christ crucified alone.
That new birth by the Holy Spirit is necessary to make the atoning death of Christ effective to the individual believer as well as to stir up repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ.
That the true believer in Christ is indwelt with the Holy Spirit as a gift securing their eternal life, empowering them for God’s work, and conforming them into the likeness of Christ.
That the Church is a fellowship of all true believers manifest in multiple local congregations organized for worship, for fellowship, for the administration of the sacraments, for spiritual growth and support, for service, and for evangelizing the world.
That marriage and family are institutions ordained by God for growth in Christ and the well-being of society, and are to be honored and kept pure by upholding the Christian standard of fidelity in monogamous, heterosexual marriage and celibacy in singleness.
That Jesus Christ is resurrected from the dead as the ruler of all things and will visibly return at the final resurrection as judge. Those who reject Christ in this life will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the majesty of His power. Those who trust in Christ in this life will live and reign with him in the new heavens and earth.
