We have joined with the Paul Carlson Partnership and the Evangelical Covenant Church to sponsor a medical clinic in Ngakpo, Congo. The Congolese village of Ngakpo is very remote- 270 miles to the nearest hospital, and has a population of 9,571. One out of every five people dies before the age of 5 in Congo – most of them from preventable causes. This clinic will provide the essential care and resources to begin reversing this trend, all in the name of Christ.
