Susan is a retired Registered Nurse. She worked in multiple areas of practice and retired from an Administrative position in a Medicare/Medicaid Insurance company. Susan was born and raised in California, the daughter of a Southern Baptist minister. Susan and her husband Dale have been members of Countryside Church for over 24 years. Dale and Susan have been married for 46 years and have lived in Sherwood since 1994. Susan and Dale have four grown children and eight grandchildren, ranging in age from 3 yrs to 25 yrs.
Susan's delight is serving God. Over the last 40 years she has done teaching for children and youth, coordinating and volunteering for VBS, serving as a member and chairing a church Finance committee, serving as a member of Hostess and Care committees, co-hosting Bible studies in her home and currently a member in a small group Bible study and a women's Bible study group. Susan's desire is to study, share, listen, pray and live each day seeking and responding to God's will in her daily life.
