Long Live the King
April 04, 2021 | Paul Duppenthaler
In many monarchies, when the king dies, it's customary to say "The king is dead, long live the king!" When Jesus died, no one shouted that. But on Easter, we are invited to shout and sing and celebrate because our King was dead, and now He is risen! Long live our eternal King!
